Mr Investing AI (mrinvesting.ai) is run by MrNasdog, LLC (Delaware, USA). By using the site, you agree to these rules. Please read them — they are short.

1. Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older.
• U.S. Persons (people living in or located in the United States, U.S. citizens and green-card holders, and U.S. companies) may not trade through Mr Investing AI — no copy trading and no buying or selling. They may browse the site, log in and use Mock Copy.
• You may not use Mr Investing AI if you live in, are located in, or your company is registered in a Prohibited Jurisdiction: Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bolivia, Cambodia, Central African Republic, China, Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Crimea, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Donetsk, Ecuador, Egypt, Eswatini, Gambia, Iran, Iraq, Kherson, Liberia, Libya, Luhansk, Malawi, Mali, Moldova, Morocco, Myanmar, Nepal, Niger, North Korea, Ontario (Canada), Pakistan, Palestinian Territory, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, Zambia, Zaporizhzhia, Zimbabwe; any place under US, UN, UK, EU or Swiss sanctions; or any place where buying or holding crypto is illegal or needs a local licence.
• You must not be on a sanctions list. Following your local law is your job.
• We may use technical measures, such as IP location checks, to restrict access.

2. Not financial advice

Scores, rankings, numbers and research are information only. They are not advice to buy, sell or copy anything. You make your own decisions.

3. Your money stays with you

• We never hold your money, your private keys or your seed phrase. Your money stays in your own Hyperliquid account.
• To copy a trader, you give us a trade-only key. It can open and close trades. It can never withdraw. You can stop copying, and remove the key, at any time.
• Never share your seed phrase or private key with anyone — we will never ask for it.

4. Risks

• Trading and copying can lose money, including all the money you put in. Leverage makes losses bigger and can close your position (liquidation).
• Past results do not promise future results. A trader who made money before can lose money next.
• Your copy can get a different price than the trader, or miss a trade, because of timing, price moves, small amounts or outages.
• Hyperliquid, wallets and networks can stop working or change. We don't control them.

5. Fees

Copy trading costs 0.02% of each copied trade ($0.20 per $1,000 traded). Hyperliquid takes its own fee too. No subscription and no profit share. Every fee is shown before you confirm. If we change a fee, we show the new one before you use it.

6. Mock Copy

Mock Copy uses virtual money. Its results are only an estimate of what a copy might have done.

7. Your account

One account works on mrinvesting.ai and mrnasdog.com. You log in with an email code (or Google). Keep your email safe — anyone with access to it can log in as you.

8. Don't misuse the site

No hacking, no overloading the site, no copying our site or data to sell, and no using it for fraud or market manipulation. We may close accounts that do.

9. Our responsibility

The site is provided "as is". We work hard to keep numbers right and the site running, but we can't promise it is always right or always on. We are not responsible for trading losses. If we are ever responsible for something, the most we pay is what you paid us in fees in the last 12 months.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top and ask you to accept again. These terms follow the laws of Delaware, USA.
